AFTER 12-24 HOURS 

• Take a folded CLEAN paper towel and push the fluids around in the wrap,  if it finds a palace not forced to come out use another CLEAN to catch the plasma and pigment residue that leaks out . Never let the liquid get stagnant over a 24 hr period . 
• YES you can shower however do not prolong in waters that are warm for longer then 5-10 mins as it will loosen the adhesive. 

After 4-5 days

•  remove the wrap, it’s easier in shower. Wash with dial antibacterial UNSCENTED soap. ( gold liquid or bar )  at least 2 times a day after immediately washing as soon as the wrap is removed .  
• Use coconut oil , vitamin E oil or ointment/lotions you purchased at Black Rose & Dagger 2-4 times a day until healed . 

ATTENTION : If you are experiencing redness , tenderness, swelling after 48 hrs remove the wrap and apply warm water and witch hazel compress 3 times a day. Using a light antibiotic ointment and coconut oil or vitamin E oil . 

STANDARD AFTERCARE 

• REMOVE WRAP WITH 12  HOURS AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT
• WASH with dial antibacterial UNSCENTED SOAP ( gold dial liquid or bar) wash 3 times a day Apply lotions/ointments purchased at Black Rose & Dagger or coconut oil, vitamin E oil or palmers cocoa butter lotion 3-4 times a day until tattoo is healed and continue to lotion daily to protect your investment. 

DO’S/DON’TS:

DO NOT PICK AT YOUR TATTOO 

DO NOT ATTEMPT POOLS, SPAS, BEACHES OR ANYTHING INVOLVING EXTREME SKIN AND WOUND IRRITATIONS . 

LEAVE YOUR TATTOO OUT OF DIRECT SUNLIGHT WHILE HEALING AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.

AVOID SPRAY TANS WEEKS PRIOR AND AFTER YOUR TATTOO APPOINTMENT . 

AVOID ALL THINGS WITH A FRAGRANCE DURING THE HEALING PROCESS .
